An easy goat cheese to love! Our cheese makers have unlocked the secret to produce a creamy and mellow cheese with the tang of fresh Ontario goat milk but without a ‘barnyard’ profile.
Nosey Goat is a washed-rind goat cheese with a firm interior. This mellow cheese maintains the characteristic goat tang but without a pungent barnyard profile. The rind is deliciously salty while presenting a cheese that is both delicate and fresh tasting.
Aged for a minimum of 6 weeks in our cellars at 95RH and 52F, Nosey Goat is carefully turned and washed with brines and morges twice a week.
