Nosey Goat is a washed-rind goat cheese with a firm interior. This mellow cheese maintains the characteristic goat tang but without a pungent barnyard profile. The rind is deliciously salty while presenting a cheese that is both delicate and fresh tasting.
Aged for a minimum of 6 weeks, Nosey Goat is carefully turned and washed with brines and morges twice a week.
