The Don Heliodoro Rosemary Sheep Cheese. A delicious, delicate, nutty sheep's milk cheese, rotated every 15 days in extra virgin olive oil and covered in rosemary. Aged for approximately a year to create this beautiful and unique masterpiece. It smells of fresh rosemary and has the richest texture of any of aged Spanish sheep's milk cheeses.

Soeur Angèle A soft bloomy rind cheese in the camembert family. The unique characteristic of this cheese is its blended composition from both cow and goat milk with a dash of fresh cream. Le Soeur Angèle is a smooth and creamy cheese with a lingering caprine flavoured finish. The creamy and buttery taste is complemented by the mushroom aroma of the rind.
Segura Viudas Brut Reserva Cava Straw yellow colour; lifted citrus and nutty nose with savory/honey notes; extra dry, rich, light to medium-bodied, with flavours of citrus, nuts and biscuits; long and creamy finish on palate.
