At Delight our Hot Chocolate is made the old fashioned way. A Ganache base (Solid Semi and Bitter Sweet Chocolate melted with 35% cream) is then blended with 2% Milk. All Organic, Fairtrade Chocolate with Dairy From Harmony Organic.
Instructions: Shake well. Place in a sauce pan on medium to high heat. With a whisk, stir frequently especially when steam appears. Whisk until slight frothy and hot. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy.
