With a refined taste and a sweet, almost sweet flavor, characteristic of the “Violette d’Hyères” variety, Our baby artichokes hearts are delicious and are eaten simply as they are, right out of their jar. Picked, peeled and trimmed by hand then simply blanched in salt water, our baby artichokes are immersed in olive oil first cold pressed, with a little garlic and parsley. Only the finest Tunisian olive oil is used to preserve these delicious fleshy and fluffy artichokes – but not soft – ensuring that all the natural aromas and original texture of the artichokes remain intact.
Even though Baby Kémia artichokes are tasty enough to be eaten on their own, they are also a perfect addition to pasta, salads, pizza, vegetarian bowls or your favorite panini.
