Grilled Ontario Pears, Blue Cheese and Black Velvet Honey.

- Candied Walnuts from Delight
- Blue Cheese, preferably Bleu d’Elizabeth 100g
- Black Velvet Honey from the Junction Fromagerie (Local Organic Honey infused with Black Truffle and cracked black pepper.
Cut Pears lengthwise avoiding the core. Lightly oil BBQ grill. Cook pears until golden brown.
Assemble pears on top of crostini’s. Add approximately a tablespoon of blue cheese. Firmly press a candied walnut onto the blue cheese and drizzle with Black Velvet Honey.
Enjoy with a glass of Cave Springs Chardonnay.
